Rahul has extensive experience in the industry – In his 17 years of corporate journey, Rahul has worn different hats at different times,successfully handling a variety of roles across industries and domains. Rahul is a business transformation and growth strategy expert with extensive experience in developing innovative business models,strategy blueprinting, execution and governance. He has established & grown multiple new businesses (from concept to execution) across FMCG, Financial Services, Retail & ITeS to drive growth for large conglomerates. He has been instrumental in driving organizational initiatives for business expansion, revenue enhancement, portfolio diversification, full cycle M&A and enhancement of sales & distribution capabilities.Rahul has a passion for understanding and analyzing consumer insights which have helped him drive organizational objectives pertaining to revenue enhancement.His last assignment was with Aviva as Executive Vice President (Head) – Strategy & Transformation. He has worked with reputed organizations like Godfrey Philips, IBM and Evalueserve. A Mechanical Engineer and a Management Graduate from IIM Calcutta (2002 batch), Rahul took a break from corporate life in November 2018 to dedicate some time to his creative pursuits – getting his poems published in “Such is Life”, a book that beautifully captures different moments of life – with poems written over the last two decades.Post satisfying his creative bug, Rahul has been dedicating himself to the growth of Cognitive and expanding its offerings. He continues to pen down his thoughts in his free time.
